Zoning/Variances
The Vinings Village Homeowners Association considers the monitoring of zoning decisions one of its primary responsibilities. The VHA consistently monitors Cobb County decisions, initiatives, and Zoning/Variance rulings that impact Vinings Village, as well as the contiguous transition areas. Planning and Zoning activities are intended to protect, maintain, and develop a sustainable, attractive, safe, environment.
The Community is kept aware of important votes, meetings and issues on these pages and is encouraged to be active in voicing their support or concerns.
